M1
Create & verify ABHA
At the registration desk, create a new ABHA with Aadhaar or mobile OTP, or verify an existing one by scanning the patient's QR code.
Registration takes under a minute, with no retyping.
M2
Link health records
Prescriptions, lab reports and discharge summaries you create are linked to the patient's ABHA, so they appear in their health locker app.
Patients keep their records. You stop reprinting them.
M3
Fetch records with consent
Request a patient's past records from other ABDM facilities. Once the patient approves the consent request, the records open inside Ostron.
Doctors see previous history before they write a prescription.

Yes. Ostron HMIS cleared functional testing for ABDM Milestones M1, M2 and M3 (certificate ATPL/FT-CERT/2609/160, issued 16 September 2026). You can view the certificate in the Certification section above.
No. You can register and treat any patient as usual. If they have an ABHA, or want to create one at the counter, Ostron links it in seconds.
hmis.ostron.in was audited by a CERT-In empanelled organisation and certified "Safe to Host", valid 16 September 2026 to 15 September 2027. Data travels over HTTPS, access is role-based, staff sign in with an OTP and every change is logged.
Cloud needs no server on your side and works from anywhere, which suits most clinics and nursing homes. On-premise runs on a server inside your hospital, which some larger facilities prefer so they can keep working during internet outages. We'll help you decide during the demo.
Yes. We import patient masters, doctor and service rate lists and pharmacy stock from Excel or from most existing HMIS databases. We review a sample export with you first.
We train each department on site in Lucknow and nearby districts, or remotely elsewhere, in Hindi or English. Refresher sessions are available when new staff join.
