This Disclaimer applies to the website hmis.ostron.in and the Ostron HMIS software provided by OSTRON Electronics Private Limited, Lucknow ("Ostron", "we", "us"). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Not medical advice

Ostron HMIS is a hospital management and health-records software. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a medical device. All clinical decisions, prescriptions, dosages, investigations and treatment are the sole responsibility of the treating doctor and the healthcare facility.

Any templates, drug lists, dosage fields, reference ranges, alerts or reminders in the software are aids to record-keeping and workflow only. They may be incomplete or not suited to a particular patient and must always be checked by a qualified professional. Nothing on this website is intended to replace consultation with a doctor. Patients with health questions should contact their treating facility.

2. ABDM certification

Ostron HMIS has cleared functional testing for Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) Milestones M1, M2 and M3, as recorded in Certificate No. ATPL/FT-CERT/2609/160 issued on 16 September 2026 by Avasure Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a CERT-In empanelled organisation. This means the software met the ABDM functional requirements for ABHA creation and verification, health-record linking and consent-based record fetching at the time of testing.

3. Security certification

The "Safe to Host" certificate (No. ATPL/SEC-CERT/2609/160, valid 16 September 2026 to 15 September 2027) reflects an independent security audit of hmis.ostron.in conducted from 8 to 16 September 2026. It confirms the application's security posture at the time of audit. It is not a guarantee that the system can never be affected by a security incident, and it does not cover facility computers, networks, on-premise servers or user practices, which remain the responsibility of each facility.

5. Regulatory compliance

Ostron HMIS includes features that help facilities keep records, bills and registers. Each facility remains responsible for its own compliance and should verify generated reports, invoices and claim files before use.
